• General Presentation

This unit helps to improve the working conditions and increases production capacity for manual folding operations.

In some cases the use of an automatic fan folding machine is not necessary : small or medium series, folding formats under 7". In this case, the manual fan folder is the ideal machine.

 

• Main objectives

- Bring solutions to simple but essential needs in the converting machines environment.

The machine process is as follows :

- Loading of the roll on an external motorised unwinder with linking/splicing table
- Paper infeed is motorised and speed is motorised as well through a pedal
- The operator can sit and makes the folding operations manually
- The folding number is calculated by a counter that can stop at the required number of foldings.
